Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on welcomenatives.com infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following information, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted or that was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, a district where Welcomenatives may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove product listings and, where appropriate, take further action against accounts associated with repeated or clear instances of copyright infringement.
